I can react to many supplements and meds and whenever I need to take supplements I always go to Thorne first as it’s a trusted brand for quality and low irritant ingredients. I’ve had integrative doctors mention Thorne products too. This magnesium citrate doesn’t effect my stomach nor does it effect bowels etc like some magnesium’s.
