Q: Would this brush work for blending contouring makeup on the bridge of my nose?

I bought mine for the same reason. Yes you could use it for blending countour on the nose and also as highlighter brush, it's really puffy and not stiff at all.

Q: Does this brush work well with liquid foundations (not creams)?

Yes it’s the only brush I use for my liquid foundation. I bought two!
