I used to use organic raw Spanish peanuts in overnight oats to make complete protein (when combined with the oats), but they're hard to find, so I tried these wonderful chia seeds, and now I'm never going back to the Spanish peanuts!!! These have such a cool "flavor," or lack of it, somehow they taste neutral, but add richness, kind of like they have a vanilla essence --just super amazing and so perfect for the overnight oats!!! I love them and am amazed at how healthy they are, too!!! I plan on buying jars to grow microgreens in, and will try these out for that, too!!! Overall these are such a fantastic food item to have and I wish I started buying them a long time ago!!! Since they turned out to be so amazing in the overnight oats, I will try them for chia puddings, too. I remember we laughed at the "Chia Pets" in the 1970's, when all along the chia seeds were such undiscovered gems to have in your kitchen!! Glad I finally ordered these and I highly recommend them!!

I switched to this brand after trying another chia seed product that had a slightly funky smell when I opened it. This one has been much better for me. It smells fresh, tastes good, and the quality has been consistent.I also like the size of the container because I can portion the whole thing out ahead of time for the month. I use the chia seeds mostly in my protein shakes, but I also add them to different foods when I’m cooking.The price is reasonable for the amount you get, and the container is easy to store and use. Overall, I’m happy with the freshness, taste, quality, and value and would buy this brand again.
