Smells really good and clean however, the nozzle doesn’t seem to work no matter how many pumps you do, nothing comes out.

Both the dispensers that came with the bottle didn’t work, upon checking I noticed that there is a lump or residue of the body wash at the bottom of the bottles thick enough that the pump is not able to dispense the liquid, I’m not sure if this is how to product is supposed to be. Even after shaking the bottle for quite a number of times the gel is not moving from the bottom. Im slightly worried about the quality of the product, even though the fragrance is good.

The soap had solidified at the bottom and it didn't work at all. Had to throw both out
