my apologies
in my last review I give it 4 stars due to minor scratches that I'm ok with but my big issue was the claim by phone zone unit is 4G LTE. AT&T say to me when I complaint about I only get 4G service, AT&Truned the IMEI and told me this is 4G only blackberry not LTE.after research I discover unit is a 4G LTE. but only gets the LTE.service in Europe, Dubai, and Germany. not here in the USA. due to a limited number of LTE bands that the device can handle, so with that in mind I apologize to phone zone for my prior 4 starts review.now AT&T will tray to do some type of software update to see if we can correct the LTE band capability on the device. stay tune to see what happens next. and yes I will for sure buy more things from phone zone again.

I don't like it ..softwere have so much problem ..battarey is so hot all the time is not wort it for that price only name other then that only next to notting ..I made big mistak buy this phone ..never ever buy agian trust me ...
