No more changing batteries; enjoy hands-free use.
I was looking for a fly swatter and found one similar to a very effective model I had owned for years. Still, I didn't want to buy it again because it required large batteries. I don't recall whether it took three or four, and the hassle of constantly buying replacements was a lot. I kept looking and, fortunately, found this WBM SMART 2-in-1 electric fly swatter: a trap lamp and a racket in one. It is USB-rechargeable, features a powerful high-voltage grid, and has a 3-layer safety mesh (safe to the touch). I have it at home now. I opened the box: it comes with the fly swatter racket, the charger, and the USB-C cable. It's perfect; I no longer need to worry about buying expensive, large batteries. I charged it for a few hours until it reached 100%, and it was ready to use. I followed the manual's instructions, and it really is very easy and practical to use. What I love is the innovative design; it combines a fly swatter racket with an insect-killing lamp. It offers hands-free operation. I place it on the base and switch it to lamp mode. It uses purple LED lights to attract and kill mosquitoes, which is brilliant. I leave it on all night in the dark; I watch as it attracts mosquitoes and traps them. The fly swatter has already passed the test, zapping the first few flies. In fact, I held one against the grid for a few seconds; there was a smell of burning, and the fly was left charred like a piece of coal. In short, I am very satisfied with this innovative fly swatter and insect-killing lamp. I appreciate the quality of the materials and the ease of use. The charge lasts for several days, and I love the hands-free mode and the fact that no battery changes are required. The high-voltage power of the single-layer grid is impressive. I use it in the kitchen, bathroom, patio, or living room; it has met all my expectations regarding quality, design, and value for money.

Long lasting quality product
Just have to let customers and the market know that after my purchase four years ago, this bat which is well used in the summer here in the Northeast is still catching the fruit flies, mosquitoes, moths that I find in my house. It rarely needs charging as a bat (don't use as a sitting device). In India, I used to use these for the mosquitos, and the quality difference is immense. Those (which were cheap) lasted a few months, while this is still going strong after four years.

Good but could be better
How it works So there’s a switch on the right side. Lowest position is off, middle position makes it ready, and top position makes it always active and the blue leds turn on. With the switch in either the middle or top potion, 4 battery level indicators become active. When it’s in the middle position, pressing the very large button (the grey oval shaped part) will activate it (doesn’t turn on the blue lights in this mode). Any time it’s activated, another red indicator light comes on near the battery indicators to show that it’s active. First impressions * It’s a bit larger than I was expecting, which on its own isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but… * The button to activate it manually is also extremely large. It seems too easy to activate it just from holding it, especially when you try to support the unwieldy size while also avoiding pressing the button. Essentially you can move it around quickly while activating it, move it around very gently while avoiding the button, or hold it farther up by its neck. * the base station says “if battery runs out of power, switch to off when charging”, which the prospect of this thing possibly not getting enough of a charge to sustain it while it runs is a little disappointing. But I suppose it depends on the power of the charger you have. So we’ll see. * the outer safety net mesh is a lot farther away from the inner mesh than I have seen on other bug zappers. I thought it would cause an issue with little bugs not properly getting zapped (what I originally bought it for, some teensy bugs about the size of grains of sand), since I was under the impression that it would need a bug to be touching the middle and outer meshes at the same time to complete the circuit and zap it. But, maybe that’s not the case, because it still seems to zap those little ones. * the zaps when it’s sitting there running can make you jump. Which on its own isn’t fault of the product, it’s just the nature of how it works. But… * The base station seems a bit small for the product it’s holding up. When it’s on an unsteady surface that I’m also using, like a desk, I worry I’ll jump or move around and shake the thing enough to knock it over. * the neck area seems to get really warm while it’s sitting there running and on the dock (it may or may not happen while undocked too, haven’t paid much attention). Just seems a bit concerning like I won’t be running it while its unattended Summary Of all of that, my biggest gripes are the huge button and the small base station. It’s just too easy to press when you don’t mean to, and the thing is a tad too big to dock on something that small. Other than that, I’m quite liking it so far That’s all I have for now. I may or may not update this review later depending on what else I have to say about it
