Delightful and well thought out story by a highly qualified author that illustrates why its important to understand or control certain behaviours that some young children struggle with at times. Also easy to follow with some extra discussion - my daughter really responded to these books and her teacher even borrowed the set for class story time too.

This adorable monkey story is the perfect antidote for little ones who forget to listen. With silly mix-ups, and a sweet message, it shows how paying attention can save the day. Kids laugh, learn, and maybe even start using their “listening ears” a little more!

Both grandsons looked through the book straight away. The older one ( 5 yrs) even took it in the car when taking nana home. The younger grandson (4 yrs) browsed through it with me ( saving it for proper reads at bed time). When I asked him if Monkey reminded him of anyone he told me Monkey was just like him. So he could relate to the character well and liked the humour and expressions on Monkeys face. For a boy with ADHD and another with Autism, these stories will get through better than anything so far
