Very solid carabiner
While the term 'mini' in the description threw me a bit, I decided to go with this carabiner for use while belaying. I've only been climbing a couple of months and so have only used rental gear up until now, but this carabiner is the same size as the one my local gym uses.It works great but, like all BD carabiners I've used, seems itwould be easy to over tighten the screwgate so that's something to watch out for.

24kN capacity
Great carabiner. 24kN capacity. It weighs 69g (2.4oz). Useful for lots of things, I usually take one hiking, just clip it to my bag. Of note, 15 years ago the same carabiner had a 25kN capacity.

Matches description to a T. Honestly the best light weight caribeaner out there that also has a high strength rating in my opinion. Great for climbing, hunting and using with the ropeman 1 or 2.

It’s Black Diamond so you know it’s quality. Super easy to use and a great piece of mind with the lock. Should be in everyone’s pack for the ascent. Recommended!!

size confusing, quality is good
it’s great quality, and value! the dimension description of ‘one size’ should be revised, as well as being described as ‘mini’. a great climbing tool, but unfortunately far too large for the spot i needed. there is no way to tell before you buy it unfortunately.
