Virtually NO aroma whatsoever, no matter how much of ...
I previously posted an unfavorable review because of the essential oils, but the customer service from this company has been beyond exceptional. May get oils elsewhere, but their aromatherapy equipment is excellent and I would definitely buy from this comoany again.

Great for the price!
I ordered this for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. It is the perfect size and is such a great deal being that it includes the oils- which smell wonderful. The only thing I have to comment on is the lighting, you can dim the light a bit or turn it off but it is still quit bright at night. If you have trouble sleeping with a light on, I’d recommend just turning it off while keeping the mist setting on.All in all, would highly recommend!

Buy Now! Highly recommend
This product is awesome! If you have any doubt, this is your sign to get it now!Easy to use, great price point, great presentation/packaging and instructions! I would gladly buy this again or buy from this company. Comes with everything you need, an all in one package!Comes with essential oils, power brick/cable, water fill cup, and the device itself. The packaging was excellent, with very well written instructions. At this price point you can't go wrong. Works exactly as it should. Being a 150ml water tank, it lasts a few hours on continous use, otherwise there is a setting for it to turn on and off every 30 seconds. The essential oils smell so good! I'm very happy! This would make for a perfect gift. Well done Innogear.

Great product
I love this diffuser. If you have been on the fence and don't want to spend too much money. This is the perfect one for you. You get the diffuser and 6 bottles of essential oils. With the amount of oil that you actually use is so tiny that the containers will last you a really long time. I would recommend to a friend.

Great little machine for small spaces
Going strong for 2 years. The aroma gets weaker after the first few minutes. Good for a small room or workspace. I get very bad tap water so I use filtered water in this. Clean it regularly to avoid musty smell/mold issues. Do NOT use harmful agents to clean this. I contacted customer care for additional cleaning instructions (excellent response time!). Use these if you notice the citrus-y smell building up. I'm considering getting another one for my home office!Copied from messages with Innogear:Innogear: Turn the upper cap upside down and put it in a well-ventilated place after cleaning to prevent mold.Run a cleaning cycle(1) Fill the diffuser about halfway with clean water (well below the fill line) and add some isopropyl alcohol.(2) Run the diffuser for 3-5 minutes,(3) Empty the bowl and rinse thoroughly with clean water.(4)Use a cotton swab to clean the Mist Disc and Sensor GENTLY(5) Fill with water only and run the diffuser for 1-2 more minutes,(6) Empty again, and you're good to go.----I ran a clean cycle and I do believe that the isopropyl alcohol would prevent mold. But it did not get rid of the stale smell by much (like a mixture of sweet orange and lemongrass which I use the less than lavender and others). I asked a few more questions:1. What is the max concentration of isopropyl alcohol in water that the machine can tolerate? Maybe I used too little for it to work.2. I assume that household white vinegar (5%) would be very bad for the machine due to the acidity, would a baking soda paste or solution be gentle enough? What concentration if so?3. Is 3% hydrogen peroxide topical solution safe?-----Innogear:1. 1/3 isopropyl alcohol is acceptable.2. Baking soda can be used to clean diffuser.3. We don't suggest to use hydrogen peroxide. And: Wipe the water tank using a clean cloth dampened in a solution of warm water and neutral detergent; wring the cloth out well before use.----I used a bit less than 1/3rd iso. alcohol in the next cycle and that worked.
