Spring Valley - MSM 1000 mg, 90 Capsules

I've recommended this for all my friends with arthritis and they all rave about it and say it helped them enormously. I've taken it for years and it prevents any arthritis pain. I can sure tell when I forget to take it. Highly recommend!!

I just started using this product 5 days ago for osteoarthritis in my hip. A friend recommended it to me. I’m scheduled for a hip replacement in Feb. I’m amazed at thereduction in pain. Honestly my hip feels normal and I’m not limping anymore. It seems also to have releaved some of the pain in my shoulder that has bursitis.

Ok so not sure what this is doing for my hair since I'm taking hair essentials also but I can say my nails are growing like crazy and I can actually keep them long enough to do them. Usually they would break off. I gave them 4 stars because they are advertised as capsules but you get caplets which are very hard for me to swallow. Yes you are supposed to take for your joints but msm has so many other benefits.

When I purchased it was listed as 2 bottles per package but when I got it there was only one bottle and distributor said that was the way it was advertised which was not the case

i would say go for this if you have the pain of osteoarthritis,it has made me some what pain free, but it will take time, ijust started it.

I take this every day, it helps my arthritis.
