The paper is the perfect weight for alcohol markers, with minimal marking on pages below (I still used a few sheets underneath though). Doesn't pill or warp even when laying down multiple layers, and markers don't bleed through the lines. Some areas/pages are VERY intricate, though, so I highly suggest a chisel/fine or ultrafine (0.4mm) tipped set of markers.

I've mostly seen mandala books from ColorIt, so I found this book and was interested before noticing this was from them as well. It's truly a superior coloring book. From the spiral binding to the BEAUTIFULLY THICK paper. PERFECT for alcohol marker blending but with enough tooth for pencils as well. If only more companies made coloring books that are meant to really be colored in like they do. And the illustrations are ALL gorgeous, none of those ai generated images. They are more on the detailed side, but there are a still a few more simple patterns too.I am SO HAPPY I got this book to introduce me to their products. I haven't yet found one that has my interest as much as this one, but I love knowing how perfectly crafted their books are going forward.

Colorit is the best in adult coloring books….hours of fun.The page surface makes your pens , pencils glide & holds the color dries quickly.Love the binder & thickness of each page.

Nice coloring book

My mom loves it. So many great color pages. She loves how easy it is to take out of the book and how they have a page to use between so the color won’t go to other color page but if you want to buy this color book make sure you buy from amazon not though color it. Color it does not have good customer service where Amazon will try to help.

I have quite a few colorit books and have been very satisfied with the sturdiness of the covers. Knowing that your coloring books were a cut above all the others, I did not mind paying a little more for them. But my latest copy of Delightful Desserts and Sweet Treats (my second copy as it is my favorite) I am very disappointed in the GSM of the covers. They are so close to just another coloring book, I think I am going to be looking beyond my choices in exclusively Color it. It’s sad that your review team fabricated the date this book was verified. What is a person to believe? Also, am extra star was added much to my disappointment. Shame on the review team for doing this. I will NOT be purchasing any Colorit books anymore because of the greediness of those who decide to lessen the quality of the covers just to squeeze more money for their own profit. TOTALLY LET DOWN. You only deserve 2 stars.

A collection of 50 coloring pages filled with tantalizing and fun desserts and sweets, this book is of very high quality. When colored with alcohol markers, each finished page feels as if you are holding a painting. The unique paper's weight and finish are excellent, and the perforated pages are easily and flawlessly removed. If you prefer to keep the pages in the book, the heavy-duty spiral binder and covers facilitate that, regardless of preferred hand for coloring. So far, I have two different books from Color it, and I'm currently trying to decide which should be my third.
