Used this hose to repair my Bon Aire DD12-150S compressor
When I couldn't stop the chuck for my garage compressor to stop leaking excessively when airing my wife's car tires, I decided to use the compressor in the back of the car until I can get a new air chuck for the garage compressor.I was very disturbed to see the coiled plastic hose in pieces for my emergency use Bon Aire DD12-150S compressor, this is a good quality compressor, but if the supplied hose is in pieces after some years in the trunk of your car, the compressor is also worthless when needed. What is really disturbing is that this 2007 car has spent most of it's life in the garage since I retired in 2009.Shopping to find the closest fit to replace the original compressor hose, I found this "X AUTOHAUX 100cm 39.37'' Tire Inflator Pump Hose" with a number 8 metric fitting. This hose has a fine thread count (M8 X 0.8) and my compressor housing thread count is coarse, 8 X 8.125.I rethreaded the new hose's fitting to match the compressor housing and now have my compressor operational again.The supplied electrical cord for the compressor is still plenty long enough to service all the car's tires with this much shorter service hose.I noticed that this compressor is now a Craftsman compressor sold here at Amazon

Good to replace with the broken tube of tire inflator

It does not fit the Husky 120 V inflator
I tried to use it with the Husky 120 V inflator. It is not of the same size but I used epoxy resin to make it work. However I do not think I can change that you begin in the future. Overall appears to be made of good quality.

Decent quality
I got fooled by some comments where people mentioned that they use it as hose replacement for inflator. The thread on 8mm connector didn’t work for me. I end up replacing it by the one from my damaged hose. Even though it’s doable, it’s not for everyone.

Simple Replacement air line
This is a simple replacement for the air line (plastic) on my car tire inflator. My only wish wold be that a longer length was an option.But very happy for this as I love the air pump and glad I didn’t have to replace the pump

Couldn’t attach to my compressor

Good length of hose.
The threaded connector on this hose was a different size to the one on my compressor. However, it was easy enough to use the old fitting in the new hose. The hose itself is a good length of 96cm, and the valve connector feels solid although a little stiff to use but may loosen over time. I now have a working compressor once again. I would recommend this item.

Did the job
