Classic Recipes of Lebanon

Was disappointed by the size at first, as it is very small, with only about 30 recipes, but it is a very attractive book, and I have liked it more and more.

Dinky book of 25 recipes. I got this cheap so can't complain, which I would've if I'd paid more. Useful, nothing thought provoking like, for example, Persiana. I once worked opposite a shop selling Lebanese food so I know how delicious it is. I would imagine these recipes reproduce that, so I'm looking forward to getting stuck in.

Bought with a box of Morrocan spices, recipient loved it!
