ROXi: Music Entertainment System (2020 Edition) - Blue

This just plain didn't work as expected at all.My setup is TV to soundbar. Not complicated. There was a 0.3 to 0.5 second gap though between voice and audio. It doesn't sound like much, but that's really off-putting when doing Karaoke.Their website recommended plugging a separate speaker in directly via Aux. Whilst that worked, having to use another speaker was not what I expected or wanted to have to do.I felt quite a bit of buyer's remorse and then the following day it just plain didn't work at all. That was the last straw and I sent it back.It might work for some, but either using the sound on the soundbar or the sound on the TV was just a terrible experience for me. I switched to a much cheaper karaoke microphone that actually works.

The idea of this thing is belting but it just doesn't work, hooks up to the TV easy, logged in and all that but the mic just doesn't behave, it won't charge, then it doesn't connect, then it does but disconnects, just didn't charge at all even after leaving for about 6hrs. I'm into my tech stuff but we ended up back on our old karaoke machine singing off YouTube. Take note of the reviews and just don't bother, 3hrs of my life gone.

So disappointed in this product. Set it all up for NYE only for it to fail so badly when needed. Failing to download lyrics, stuttering videos (1GB connection) and even after charging the mics over night lasted a really short time and had to try use it connected to a charger. Still couldn’t get it to work.. so bad!! No choice but to returned!

Unable to control the volume of the microphone meaning you get lots echo and feedback even when using at low volume. Checked online and found this was a common problem. Roxi suggests that you turn your TV sound to game mode which we did. This changed absolutely nothing. This product is completely unable.

Ruined Christmas, piece of crap wont work. Should of listened to the reviews

Controller not connecting. Fully charged overnight, tried again, no joy! Got to ring the company today, if they can't sort it, it's going back. Not what you expect after spending £150!
