Make It Ahead: A Barefoot Contessa Cookbook

This cookbook is OK. Her best are Back to Basics and Barefoot Contessa Cookbook. Her recipes are tasty but have too much salt and butter. Have not found anything in this book I wanted to cook immediately.

A lovely easy to follow cookbook with superb illustrations. I love Ina Garten recipes, and regularly watch her tv programmes. Some very good idea for Make Ahead meals. I would recommend this book to her followers!
