Reasonable build quality. I filled it with water and put it on the base of a 2.5m parasol. It didn't tip over. We had a big storm last week. The parasol was closed with a cover on and this base kept it upright throughout the storm.

Be careful return policy poor. Cost more to return £60 than it cost £50 and they only pay £15 max. It comes to UK From Slovakia. It doesn’t fit all parasols. Wheels pointless would be too heavy to move anyway.
