I used 2 packages in a month but I can’t tell a major difference I still hear the high pitch sound in my headIt may work for others and didn’t hurt to try but I didn’t work for me so far

I used it for one month , nothing happened , am still have Tinnitus . I do not know how they say it is guaranteed !

I bought these on recommendation of my ENT. He said “some” of his patients had success with them. I was suicidal at that point so I was willing to try anything. Now, 2.5 months later the noise is still there, but it’s much quieter. I bought the regular dosage at 2pills, 3xs a day. I was religious about taking them. For the 1st month they did nothing. Kept it up. At the end of 2 months it was much better. Now I’ve got these, 2 pills a day and 1 at night. The noise is still there but I do have days of silence, which are magical. Who’d have ever thought, it’s true, silence is golden. But, for the most part much quieter is fantastic. I can live with this. I had it all planned out, down to the last detail, how I was going to stop it. Quite happy it didn’t come to that. So, they may not work for you, but they did for me. Good luck. I know how you feel.

I have tinnitus due to Covid in 1 ear since January 2021. I have been to ENT and several specialists. Thousands of dollars and many tests later, they can't do anything. I started taking the pills on Monday and by Friday there was a definite change in the noise. Not completely gone but its went from a noise of an 8 to about a 2. I can sleep without being constantly woken up. Alot more tolerable. Hoping by the time 60 days is in I wont hear it at all. You have to take all 6 pills every day. Don't skip any. I know it won't help everyone but it did work for me.

Used as directed and it did absolutely nothing for the ringing in my ear. I showed it to my doctor and she just laughed. Save your money. This is a "snake oil" gimmick. The only reason I gave it one star is that there is not a ZERO STAR rating.

I have had tinnitus since December 2018. I’ve tried everything to modulate or lessen the ringing in my ears particularly at night. Nothing worked and, of course, the doctors had nothing, but sympathy and recommendations to seek counseling. I cannot count the number of sleepless nights due to the ringing and the anxiety I felt every night as bedtime approached. I was further stressed that, due to insomnia, I was shortening my life. Then, I discovered this product and its availability on Amazon. Quite literally, it has saved my life. While it has not cured the problem, my ringing is stabilized. It is now just white noise with none of the fluctuations in type and volume of ringing. I can now sleep and wake up rested. While it may not work for everyone (as the product information advises), anyone who has tinnitus knows that user recommendations for various treatment regimens is so important. Let me say again: if everything you’ve done has failed thus far, give this product a chance. You may be wonderfully surprised. I know I was!

From my earlier review: I am on week 6 of the 8 week initial "double-dose". My tinnitus is not gone, but it is definitely less. I knew that this would probably not make it go away, but hoped for modification. I am not using any masking software or ear pieces as I wanted this 8 weeks to be only for the product. I can generally go most of the day now and hardly notice the noise and when I do it is milder than before. However, at night it is only marginally better. I will finish the remaining 2 weeks and then try the normal dose for the next month and let everyone know if it has helped.Update: As soon as I dropped back to the recommended daily dose of 2 daytime and 1 nighttime it is pretty much back to the way it was. I cannot afford $40 plus a month for a product that is only marginally helping.
