Bought this for my uncle’s aches and pains. He loves them and wishes he would have found about them sooner. Adhesion is more than adequate with no skin irritation. Not odorless but not a overpowering smell.

This product is basically an Icy Hot-style treatment in patch form. The cooling sensation is mostly noticeable on the top of my foot, but it does help relieve my Plantar Fasciitis discomfort. The scent is similar to strong Winterfresh gum and it doesn’t really fade—you notice it the entire time the patch is on. I decided to try these as an alternative to taking ibuprofen. I followed the directions on the box and applied one patch to the sole of my foot and another on top. They do provide relief. The box includes three pouches, each with 20 patches. This is my first time using them, so I’m still figuring out what to expect. I’ll update once I have more experience with the product.

Wrapped one around big toe, pig-in-a-blanket style. Maybe an hour later if felt like only the top of toe was hurting - the end part not covered by the pad. So I repositioned the pad over the top of the toe, like a bridge. A few hours later the pain was much better, and in the following days it disappeared! After months of intermittent toe pain, it's gone! Just make sure you don't have any signs of infection in toe (redness etc). These pads are only for treating wear-and-tear pain, not infection.

It provides great pain relief. Whenever my lower back feels sore, I put one on before going to bed. By the time I wake up the next morning, the pain is noticeably better. It has become a must-have in my medicine cabinet.

There's no denying the value of this box of 60 2.83 x 1.81 inches pain patches with three main ingredients - menthol, methyl salicylate, and camphor. This is a great price as pain patches can definitely be expensive. This patch is also unusual in that the directions indicate you can use up to six at one time, however, you should not use any patch more than once. These can be worn up to eight hours. Unfortunately, I also find these to be just about the weakest pain patches I've tried. The size is rather small. They apply easily, however, I've found they don't stick too well to the knee area where I use them. They might be better if I were less active, however, I've been mostly finding that by the end of a day these have come off. I do get some relief, at least initially. I'd say the time period is closer to 4-6 hours rather than eight. Overall, for me, these are entry-level pain patches for minor pain. Despite the great pricing, I doubt I'll end up buying these again as I need something that sticks better and has a bit more impact. I'd also prefer a slightly larger pad. I don't regret trying these, however, I'm pretty sure I won't continue using them.
