Q: Are these items BPA free?

The packaging does not state that it is BPA free. It is made in China. Best to ask the manufacture/marketing arm in your country.

Q: How did you make them not leak? Did you wait before pouring? How long? What wax/oils did you use?

I use beeswax, coconut oil , Shea butter and essential oils to flavor, make sure the tubes are wound down to the bottom before filling, I pour the mixture in as soon as it’s melted, you have to make sure they are filled up to the top, almost to overflowing as it sinks a bit when cooled, any excess can be taken off with the scraper provided, hope that helps

Q: Does it come with the solution to make the chapstick or do we need to buy that separately?

It does Not come with the supplies to make cheap stick. It is just tubes, tops and the filling tray and spatula. It is not a lip balm kit with butters, oils and wax.
