These socks helped so much with my plantar facilitus. It has great support for my ankles and relieves a lot of pain. I wear it every day at work at a warehouse with hard concrete floors. Life saver honestly.

Make sure you measure your instep correctly and you will have good product.
Slightly tighter than I hoped. My instep measured 9ins so from the chart I bought 3 pairs of medium. Should have bought large but... I can wear them and it does help my peripheral neuropathy strangely. I have arthritis in my fingers and find the socks difficult to put on and ven more difficult to take off...that’s why I could have done with next size up. But you live and learn. So next time I will buy large.My ankles feel supported and I feel safer when walking when I have them on. All round a very good buy.
