This doesn't work...at all
I just wasted my money on this non-sense product, after emptying a small jar of fragrance oil, I cannot smell the oil. I highly DONT recommend this product, waste of time & money!

Depends On what perfume u use
Depends on the fragrance applied, it last that much as the foam inside dries quick, which is normal as the foam is hit by air from aircon. Nice product for the price

Very basic quality. Refills are not unscented.
2.5 rating. Very basic quality and scent control knob is loose. The biggest issue is the 12 refills are not unscented. They have chemical like airfreshner smell.

I've purchased other versions of these in the past, and they didn't hold a smell for longer than a day maybe. This one I can still smell the oils several weeks later, even though I can only smell them lightly. Maybe because the pad is larger? Don't know but I enjoy it. Clips into the air vent perfectly.
