Faulty on/off button
This item arrived looking shiny and in a pretty colour. It wasn't the latest model but that isn't important, it looked great. On unpacking the item I found that the on/off button was sticky. Even hand washing couldn't remove the residue from my finger. The button itself was faulty as the 'sticky' wouldn't wipe off. I returned the item and was happy to accept a replacement. The returns process worked well but upon receipt of the replacement I found they had sent the same faulty kettle back to me. Either this or there is a faulty batch. The kettle was returned again and this time I opted for a refund.
