If each is 5lbs but there are 6 weights on each, how much is each individual weight?

Each weight is 13.5 oz. and there are six slots for weights. Total weight per each leg set would be 8.1 oz. During physical therapy, my husband has gradually added weight based on what the PT person suggested.

What is the minimum and maximum weight range for these on each side?

.83 mininum weight and 5lbs max on each size

Probably for a while but material is cheap plastic type that will crack in a short time and allow dampness and or water in.
