I bought the 9in one for fat king salmon in 2019, I probably filleted hundreds of salmon from king, coho and chum, stays sharp without having to touch up very often which is very nice. I've had it so long now, the orange grip is starting to fall apart on me which is the sucky part cause it's a good knife!
