Good Value for the Dollar
Box arrived with a sizeable hole, however, all items were there and undamaged. This is for a new build and has yet to be installed, however, it's pretty straight forward. Unit appears solid enough for what it's doing.4-star overall only because of damaged box.

Heavy duty look and feel
Great ceiling mount. Be aware that this mount does not include 45mm long screws that was required of my Samsung to mount the VESA bracket. It comes with many other lengths though. .
