Great for dental and gut health
I've tried many different probiotics in an attempt to fix my digestion problems. Whats great about these is that the beneficial bacteria don't get seem destroyed by stomach acids because you slowly suck on these tablets which allows the bacteria to dissolve in your saliva and then enter the blood stream in various other ways ie through the sinuses etc or so I believe. No matter what the mechanism is these have been a big success for me. No more acid reflux and no more other problematic symptoms which have been a problem for me for the last few years. I recommend these highly!
