Couldn't get the thing to fly. It nosed dived every single time. Waste of money!

It never worked. No connection with the remote control and no connection with the battery
Tried to contact the seller. It comes back and say to me. "I am sorry for the problem. Can we refund you 8US$ to make up"!!!!!! 8US$ refund for a plane that cost me 100$ and never worked.Is this a joke???
