We use this Thorne Potassium Citrate in conjunction with the blood pressure medication we take. I researched many brands before settling on Thorne and chose it because, as retired health care professionals, we know it to be a quality product. It is a small capsule that is easy to swallow. While there are products that are less expensive, this one is worth every penny. Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to discover Thorne vitamins and found them on Amazon. Thorne produces high quality vitamins that uses some U.S. products and ingredients. Amazon gets them to me quickly!

Even though this is a lower dose, it helps me sleep. People always say take magnesium for sleep and I have but it only worked temporarily. I find potassium helps consistently.

These are so easy to swallow. They are smallish capsules and I struggle with pills but these go down better than regular potassium pills do. They are a bit smaller than a Tylenol 500mg. This is the safest brand for vitamins and supplements too which is difficult to find or determine on Amazon with other brands.

I've been taking potassium citrate in water to help relax my bile ducts when they get clogged with gallstones, but it tastes so nasty. These pills are much easier to dose. I also like to add a Rowachol, chanca piedra, and taurine. Another cool trick is to swing side to side in a hammock.

So far it seems to be working. I will have to finish the Bottle.
