I want to return it and replace
I just now open this and I want to use but it's not turning on .... I want to return it and replaced ... June 7 I received the replacement but today I want to cooked it's not working anymore . I choose this brand black decker cause I know it's good brand but now I'm disappointed it's not quality I don't know if it's really the brand or it's something about the store. From the time it's arrived supposed to be it's the 3rd time I want to cooked but it's not working .

Disappointed
Stopped working after only 1.5 months of use, and I didn’t even use it every day. Very disappointed, especially from a trusted brand like Black+Decker. I expected much better quality and durability.

Product is wrannty 2 years and this product I used on only 2 months then product is not work

Not working after three months of use.
Now the product is not working anymore. I wondered why I had just cooked only rice. I disliked it because I was expecting its durability due to its brand name, but I'm very disappointed. I only used it for 3 months.
