Unprofessional handling
The original product was defective and requested a replacement. However, when we received the replacement, it was totally DIFFERENT in terms of quality & design of the product. Amazon should doubly take adequate care to fulfill the order especially in a replacement order. We are also not aware if the replacement order came from original seller as there were no label. Highly disappointed with AMAZON

Product looks exact the same which was shown. Very smooth with no cuts on it..its very easy to clean stains with out any marks on it..value for money.
