The BEST shampoo
This was used by my hair dresser and she recommended it.It’s now the only shampoo and conditioner I use. It smells absolutely insane!! My partner loves it.I have thick, wavy hair and also wear extensions.. it works wonders. Silky smooth, great quality, I will not use another shampoo!!

Brilliant
Nothing bad to say!Now I bought these because my hairdresser advised me to! As I’ve got extensions, otherwise I wouldn’t have because of the price tag - I’ve spent a lot on shampoo and conditioner in the past that hasn’t impressed me at all.This smells insane, the most insane I’ve ever smelt hair stuff!My hair came out absolutely amazing afterwards, glossy, shiny & soft.Couldn’t recommend more.

Pump bottle broken
The pumps on these are soo annoying, they take a long time to pump, not very good quality. You would expect it to be better for the price you are paying.

Faulty Dispenser
Pump dispenser does not work!!! Amazon says ‘unable to return’ when trying to send it back. Please advise us how we can get a replacement pump as it’s such a shame as product is really good.

Great product, hard to use.
Great shampoo and conditioner but the pumps really are awful. Would only purchase again if that issue was sorted.

GENUINE HYDRATION
Both pictures are fresh after washing and air dried 1 year apart. I have been using this shampoo & conditioner (hydrate) as my hair had 0 elasticity, extremely dry and just damaged beyond repair. I haven’t used any treatments alongside this other than leaving heat to a minimum and the pictures speak for themselves. I now feel confident enough to embrace my natural hair for all occasions!The scent is ambery & phenomenal which lingers all day.Each bottle is generous, salon quality & reflects the price you pay.
