Game of Thrones House Stark Beer Stein - Hand Painted Ceramic Base with Pewter Baratheon Crown Lid - 22 oz

The media could not be loaded.  I am in love with this House Stark Stein it is truly a work of art. I got this awhile ago and I have been itching to take it out of its box and write this review but I had to wait for my husbands birthday with was on the 15 of June and we didn't have his party till the 18th. When he opened this his eyes lit up and that is exactly what I was going for. I wish I would of had my camera rolling for his reaction but we were trying to wrangle the kids on top of everything else.The detail on this Stein is amazing and well worth the 50 some odd dollars I paid for it. I'm one of those people I do not like to pay full price let alone that much for something very often but I could not pass this up. We are a game of thrones household we love the show and the books though they are starting to deviate which is sad but I love seeing the new takes on things too. His favorite character so far is Arya though we haven't seen the newest season since we didn't have HBO so no comments with spoilers please.Ok back to the Stein. The lid flips up with the push of a thumb lever and the lid itself is actually the crown that the kings of house Stark wear. It has beautiful vine and leaf detailing on the spiral piece in the center of the crown. The lid also has a little bit of weight to it to. The handle of the stein is a deep green color with some swirl pattern in it. The main body of the Stein is a lighter brown that looks like it is wooden planks and in the cent of that is the house start banner and the Stark motto of Winter is coming. Between the two banners is a Direwolf.This Direwolf is so cool looking and so detailed I love how it is has some sort of clear or blue washed glaze over it. The same glaze is on the bottom ring of the stein. It just makes it look like it has been iced over. On either side of the main direwolf there are two other direwolves that are a darker brown as well as a bunch of other detail work. One thing that I really like is how on the bottom of the stein it is listed as being an official HBO licensed product.I love love love this thing and I NEED well really want to get the other steins in this set especially the Lannister one that one is georgeous and if my husbands favorite house wasn't Stark that is the one I would have gotten him but I was a good wife and was able to sneakily ask him about his favorite character :D

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. We love it. It got here earlier than expected and it is exactly as expected... except they had the address and barcode stickers stuck to the actual box. This is a collector's item and usually you keep the box with a collector's item so they should not have ruined the original box by putting stickers directly on it. It was a little disappointing that they did that. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I love how great it was packaged in foam, the details were great as well. My husband is a huge GOT fan and he was so happy with this gift. He uses it for both hot and cold and has became his favorite cup to use.

I ordered this as a Father's Day present for my husband (from the dogs :-)) and instead of arriving in a normal, nondescript cardboard box, the packing label was on the actual product box... and my husband was the one who found it at the front door. So thanks for ruining the surprise.

Very nice quality and packaging only downside was it was a collection edition and box was ruined by all of the shipping stickers put on it. Was hoping to keep it in the org box etc but overall the cup is nice and amazing quality.

Would have a five-star rating if the box was not damaged (dents on corners and shipping label directly on side) and if the price was not so high. Another negative was that when I opened it, I could tell that someone had already tampered with it because the wrap on the top was taken off. This was initially bought for collecting and drinking beer when watching GOT, but now I am returning it for a better deal. They sell this at the store "Box Lunch" (similar to Hot Topic) for only 40 bucks. Besides all of my b*$ching, the stein keeps my beer cold for about 30 minutes then starts to warm slightly. The stein looks amazing, feels sturdy and the crown on top adds a nice touch.

Los detalles estan muy padre y, al menos a mí, me llegó en perfecto estado e incluso me llegó 7 días antes con Prime, cuando aún así indicaba una fecha más tardía. Excelente!!
