This is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC !! I'M NOT REAL GREAT AT INSTALLING A LOT... BUT THIS THING WAS SUPER SIMPLE !!! I TOOK OFF THE REARVIEW MIRROR WHICH IN MY OPINION MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE ! TOTALLY WORTH IT ! I WAS VERY CAREFUL AND TOOK MY TIME. I THINK FROM START TO FINISH IT WAS ABOUT 20 MINUTES TOTAL !TOTAL AND COMPLETELY RECOMMENDED !!!UPDATE : 2/3/2021Still working great little more " bouncy" than I expected but I've seen others putting a little sponge or tape to help with it, I'm gonna try that too !It is absolutely fantastic!

Doesn't fit a 2014 dodge sport. To bulky and mirror won't adjust properly.

Better than suction mount. The mount fits the Beltronics V995 perfectly. The only thing I had to do was cut off excess screw thread of the stem mount with a dremel tool. Screw was too long. Trimmed the rubber grip/spacer to wrap the mirror stem. I used the long curved extension so that my radar detector isn't hanging out so far past the front of the rear view mirror. The short extension would've set the detector directly center and closer to my mirror, which I don't want because I use my mirror thumb flip to avoid those annoying drivers with stupid colored headlights that aren't adjusted properly. Or idiots that drive with high beams on.Installation is straight forward. Nothing complicated. Just don't over tighten as it's made of plastic. I recommend this if you're still using the suction mount system. Along with a direct hardwire kit, you can get a clean and clutter-free look.
