Will this product help the dryness on your face when someone is using minoxidil ?

I have been using Baxter for years and love it. I use a medication on my face that creates some dryness and Baxter solves the problem.

Is it good for oily skin? Does it reduce shine on forehead?

I have oily skin and it does help. I Do not have a shine on my forehead. I also don’t know whether or not I had the shine before I started using Baxter. I have been regularly using Baxter for six years.
