OtterBoxSymmetry Clear Series Case for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge - Retail Packaging - Pink Crystal (Clear/Candy Pink)

As you may have already read, the symmetry series is designed for those who want to show off the beauty of their phones with a little padded protection from Otter Box. If I would have to put a protection level rating on it, I'd give it 50 - 60% rating, meaning that if your phone falls, u have a 40 - 50% chance that your phone could get damaged. In particular, your screen would be the one to suffer damages. And that's because the screen of the s7 is so vulnerable with this phone case on. I took a picture with the case on and phone face down to show how very little your screen is protected (raised) if it were to fall face down. To me, the clearance is too small and it gives me the chills just seeing how close the screen will get to the floor if it were to fall face down. I'm a big Otter fan and I would never buy the symmetry series but it doesn't mean I wouldn't recommend it. I bought this case for my niece because this is what she wanted. It's a beauty. The colors are really bright, its sturdy and well made.As mentioned already, if you're looking at this case and it's reviews, it's because you've already decided you're willing to sacrifice some protection for the sake of showing off the s7 edge's beautiful screen (you're just looking for that extra little convincing for you to check out that cart). If you're ready for that, don't think twice, just buy it. It's better than no phone case at all and best part is... it's an Otter.Ps- we used the Armorsuit screen protector for Samsung Galaxy s7 edge, and yes it's compatible with the otterbox symmetry series. That screen protector is also compatible with the Otter box commuter series. The edges of the protector don't make contact with the case itself so there shouldn't be any lifting-from-the-edges issues there, as long as you make a good screen protector installation that is! I attached an image of the screen protector box in case you're interested and a pic of the Otterbox commuter series (black case) to show its compatibility with the armor suit.

I gave a three for durability mainly because I have not dropped the phone as of yet. Also, there is little clearance between the lip of the case and the glass, so if you drop your phone and it lands on any kind of gravel, better hold your breath. With that said, the case slips on very easy and does not interfere with wireless charging. It also is not bulky, so the phone fits easily into my pocket.

This is my second Otterbox cell case. The first lasted about 3 years and then it ripped from a corner. My cell never got crack or anything. Good buy

Actually sort of protects my phone. I switched to this after using a stylish aluminum case for about a year. Both cases cant really protect the curved edge. It is bad by design, but it protects it better than another case I previously had.

I like this phone cover. It protects my Samsung 7 very well. The only "but" is that the plastic case is a bit slippery. I wish it was more rubbery. The case is streamlined and thin. I sometimes have a hard time finding it in my purse. I've had to place my phone in a pocket to find it. I'm not afraid of dropping my phone, because the case is so protective.

Just thought I'd give a quick endorsement. I had my phone connected to a holder on my bike that I didn't secure properly. I was going a good 7mph and my samsung s7 phone slipped and fell on the concrete. It didn't even get a scratch thanks to the otter box cover. Awesome cover!

So I didnt just drop my extremely fragile s7 edge, it flew upward out of my hand (courtesy of my 3 dogs) and landed facedown on pavement. I thought for sure it was done for. Picked it up, still works!!🎉🎉🎉 I dont recommend throwing any phone but I do reccomend this case. Also get a screensaver for added protection.

Good Otterbox quality and seems like it will provide great protection. Not sure about others claiming that it doesn't fit well. Fits nice and snug on my phone. Buttons still operate as expected when in case. They also didn't skimp on the openings for headphone jack and charging plug, providing ample room.

I have bought so many cases that claim to fit s7 but don't. I read the reviews and hope this would live up to the hype. It didn't dissapoint. Fits like a glove. Strong yet lightweight, all buttons snd access in right places. Love the colour and style. Would definately buy one again. Well worth the wait for it to be delivered from US.

I have given this cover 3* as the buttons on the side to adjust the volume etc are VERY stiff! I did not have this issue on my Otter box cover for my S6. I have yet to drop the phone so can't comment on its efficacy in this regard! Hopefully it is as good as the S6 cover which was amazing in every way!

Really bad case. Fits ok. Looks ok but you can't use the buttons on the sides. Your fingers and thumbs turn red and sore and trying to turn the volume up and down and you can't turn it on or off making the case useless

Just received the product and on taking it out of the box noticed what appears to be a crack that runs down one side of the case. The case looks like it would be a good case and durable but it is questionable that it is already damaged before even using it.

Bought this 3 weeks ago for a great price. My phone has fallen out of my handbag a couple of times. The case has cracked every time it has fallen. On the plus side it has saved my screen from cracking!
