can you use the grinder for sea salt？

Am sure you can. I've used it for both Himalayan and Maldon salts. Very happy with purchase.

Are these dishwasher safe?

Only washed the glass jars in the dishwasher and they were o.k cleaned the grinders separately.

Is the salt mill identical to the pepper mill? I’m actually after two pepper mills so would this set do?

Both Grinder are identical, and no S or P so only the contents show them to be different
