Nice addition to my track layout

Bought as part of a Christmas gift for a new model train enthusiast. The original basic track came from Lidl and I was very pleased to find lots of the additional [and correct gauges] on line.. It has been very successful thankyou.

Simple plastic station with accessories a useful way to build and add to a layout (from scratch)

This Hornby station set is a great way to start your railway model layout. I like that you can choose between different stickers to create your own unique station. The stickers stick well and are easy to apply. The windows are abit fiddly to stick on. I used PVA glue to stick them instead of the cello tape and they stuck well. Some stickers and water transfers are very small and tricky to get in the right place. Overall this is a good station set and looks great. Highly recommended

This Hornby buildings accessories kit is essential. Every railway needs a platform! But more importantly it's one of five track packs at is essential for either version of Hornby's track mats. This is a largish station which needs to be position adjacent to straight track rather than a curve. The pack, and even more the signal, are detailed and well made. As ever with Hornby though it's maybe a bit more expensive than need be, so four stars.
