Overall I'm happy with the product. Surprisingly, I haven't broken any of the plastic tabs as of writing the review. I've gone through about 8 hours and 6 glue sticks worth of usage and the tabs are still intact. However, the slide hammer is what I'm having issues with. There are screw points in the slide hammer; 2 in the handle, and 1 on the tip. I was unable to keep it screwed tightly together, each time I used it, the threads would loosen. After multiple uses where I was constantly trying to keep it screwed together tightly, the inevitable happened, the loose screw threads got damaged from the pounding and threatened to break. So far I've been able to prevent it from breaking completely by using the glue to hold it together.

Some awesome tools, I bought some extra glue because the ones that come in this kit are... not the best. At first I couldn't get it because of the glue kept coming off, but then when I used my separate glue, it started working. This kit doesn't come with good instructions. So if you're new like me watch a video, let the glue cool down for a long while, in my case I had to wait about 45 minutes in the heat and 15 minutes when it was cooler. Also you have to wait until the glue gun heats up otherwise it won't adhere. You can see from my picture that the bridge dent puller uses plastic and it broke. I was almost done with my repair too, I think I'm going to have to return the kit. I was very happy when it started pulling out my dent, but very disappointed when it broke. Update they sent me a replacement puller with metal parts.

Lo compré para arreglar mi refrigerador Samsung. Sinceramente no tenía grandes expectativas acerca del producto pero funciona muy bien. Prácticamente imperceptibles las dos abolladuras en la puerta. Efectivo en un hundimientos circulares, si hay hundimiento lineal cuesta un poco más quitarlo.

Thos is a good deal. My husband recently got a dent in our pick up van and I hate to see it. He don't mind because he said it's minor. I was searching for something to use and I stumbled on this dent puller package. I was amazed at the many things that came in this package. It was a bit weighty too. I don't know the name of these tools but I do know how to use them and I'll be waiting for my husband to get back from his camping trip so I can go ahead and pull that dent out.

Im still giving it 4 stars because It will pull out larger dents. But I was told it could pull out hail damage. Following the instructions that came with it and trying all day it would not pull a single dent out of my car. That being said it will work on larger dents with the puller.
