Why do I need a magnesium supplement?

Involved in more than 300 enzymatic processes in the body, magnesium is essential for strong bones, muscles and cardiovascular support. In higher doses, it also supports relaxation and nerve health. Supplements ensure you’re getting optimal levels.*

What makes Solaray Magnesium Citrate more absorbable than other forms of magnesium?

Our magnesium citrate is formulated with citric acid which makes the mineral more available to the body. In addition, our magnesium supplement features marine magnesium, a seawater source, and contains a special herbal base.*

What is the dosage and serving size of Solaray Magnesium Glycinate?

Each 3-VegCap serving supplies 400 mg of bioavailable, vegan, gluten-free magnesium—or 95% the Daily Value. These servings may be divided and taken throughout the day for better utilization by the body.

SEAL WAS OPEN - POTENTIAL FRAUD

ive seen videos of people unboxing solaray supplements and the plastic seal is always closed .. high chance this is not even magnesium - in addition to that i had a different magnesium yesterday, and my workout was amazing ( was very well hydrated even though i ddnt drink much water ) - one star for having an opened seal package

Muy bueno

Buen producto, funciona muy bien, en mi caso me da el efecto de sentirme con más energía y despierto por eso es que solo lo consumo en las mañanas y con la comida, lo evitó por la tarde y la noche debido al efecto que tiene en mi.
