Tight line favorite!

Broken
The eyeliner arrived broken and when I try to sharpen it to get to usable liner it breaks!!

Short use
Maybe its me but I have yet to figure out how to push the tip up so I used it until the tip was no longer visible only a few times. Not that expensive but not worth the money if you don't get at least a months worth. They should give instructions on how to push up the tip. I tried everything.
