Again most recently I was reading an article of Ms. Ann Louise Gittleman's (Highly regarded 'Health' author/Nutritionist of many books; most recently-"Radical Metabolism") on her recommendations for quick summer slimming down. She advised her readers to consider her 1000 mg. CLA as a means to drop extra pounds while preserving muscle mass. Since I was already on Naturewise's Raspberry Ketones I decided to 'step up my game' and add on Ms. Gittleman's recommendation of CLA. I have been on both for approximately 3-4 weeks and have seen excellent results! So far I have lost 9 lbs. and only have a few more to go! In addition to taking these 2 amazing products of Raspberry ketones (2 in the am 1 hour before meals) and Elite Cla 1300 (2-3 with each meal), I also begin my morning with drinking 16 ozs. of lemon water with apple cider vinegar and ginger! I then take 2 Raspberry Ketones, Tyrosine 500 mg., Vitamin B Complex, and occ. L-Glutamine. I then walk 3-4 miles. After this I usually eat 2 boiled eggs and 1 sliced avocado. My first meal comes after a 12 hour fasting and i have now trained myself for over a year now and I am not that hungry until the last 30 minutes! I also do weight bearing exercises and yoga and muscle and strength training classes twice per week. I also eat largely a Organic, Whole Foods Plant Based Diet (Even more convinced after graduating from the renowned "T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition at Cornell" in March, 2019) and am a Pescatarian (Wild Caught Salmon only) and part Vegan. I am also gluten-free, soy-free, sugar-free and dairy-free! That is a lot of "FREE's" but guarantee you, you will feel better and do better especially if you have food sensitivities or concerns as I do! These 2 products have supported my commitment to my weight loss goals along with losing a couple of inches! These 2 products are the "icing on the cake". NOT The Cake. I almost finished the entire bottle!! I do minimal exercise and try a low carb diet and cut sugar as often as I can but I am not religious about anything. My only good diet habit is that I don’t eat past 6-8 pm. I have had a total thyroidectomy and I am hypothyroid which I am trying to correct with prescription cytomel as well so losing weight is really difficult. I also just had a baby and gained about 40-50 lbs. I started out taking one pill a day and then two then three. It makes you go to the bathroom regularly which is a wonderful, wonderful thing! Its one of the best things your body can do especially if you’re trying to lose weight. I learned to just take the pill after work in the beginning lol. The first day I felt it right away, my entire body got warm so I knew something was happening. My advise is to definitely take after a meal bc it physically hurts your stomach if you don’t. I have no idea how this pill works but it does! I’m 5’4 and went from size 16 to size 14 and I’m starting to fit into a size 12. I slowed down a lot taking the pill b/c I hate taking a lot of pills but I’ll pop like two after a meal now and then when I remember mainly after breakfast and dinner. I am giving this pill a break for now so I don’t burn out and switching over to Garnica Cambodia for the next bottle! Considering that I probably have one of the worse metabolisms in the world without a thyroid and still lost weight, this stuff is potentially a holy grail for those with a normal metabolism. I highly recommend.

So here's the deal. It works but it's NOT A MAGIC PILL. YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK. Don't expect to swallow a couple of pills and the weight will come falling off. It just doesn't work that way. I started taking CLA on June 15. I started with only 1 pill 3 times per day for a week to see how it would settle on my stomach. I had no issues so I increased it to 2 pills 3 times a day with food. So here's where you have to put in the work. I ate a heathy diet (I hate the word "diet" because it's more of a lifestyle change for me). Basically fruits, veggies, only fish and chicken, cut down the carbs and I cooked all my meals...no take out. I don't deprive myself...I have one cheat meal once a week, which may be pizza or a couple of pieces of fried chicken. It's all about moderation. I also workout...(yes you have to work out)... I workout 4-5 days a week for at least an hour. Cardio and light weights. I'm a 51 year old female and started my weight loss journey wearing a size 14. A little over a month into my journey I'm down to a 12. I don't weigh myself because I'm more interested in losing inches and muscle toning. My husband says my arms and butt are much toner. I can tell the difference also. However I contributed most of my success to my workouts and heathy eating habits. The CLA did give me that extra boost I needed as far as more energy to workout, appetite control and help with my muscle toning ( which is important to me because muscle burns fat). Going to continue with another bottle for next month. I would recommend this brand of CLA but only if you're willing to put in the work to go along with it.

So, I started to take this product and the biggest pros for me are that they are easy to swallow. I DO NOT like pills in any form so I chew the capsule to break the liquid out and surprisingly its not a bad flavor at all. Its not tangy. The biggest benefit of the product for me is that it kept me from gaining weight that I had already lost. I have not lost any weight as of yet but I did see changes around day 20 but I haven't gained anything back either. For me, its just plain genetics so I have to employ extra measures in the food department like eating correctly and not working against my efforts. I definitely will order it again until the last 15lbs I want to loose is completely gone. Happy weight loss!

The NatureWise Elite 95% CLA arrived on schedule. Since January, I’ve been taking 1 at night with my liquid multi-vitamin by NOW called ALIVE. I also recently started drinking MATCHA GREEN TEA (hot) in the mornings. Between the CLA & the tea, I have noticed fat melting off from my mid-section. I’ve also incorporated doing planks for 2 minutes/day over the last 2 wks. This past Monday, my jeans fit very loosely around my waist!!
