Is this product made in the USA?

No. They make it sound like it is, but when you read the directions, their English is very poor.

I'm 325 would it actually hold me?

I'm 230 and it's not a problem. It says up to 440 lbs according to the manufacturer. I would just make sure it's out together properly and it should be ok. Enjoy

I’d go to a local hardware store and look for 3M rubber pads like those chair leg pads, or furniture floor protectors.
