These really work for me. I have used these patches for years.

I prefer the white patches. They stick better They are only 8 hour, instead of the 12 hour Tan patches. The Tan have more stretch. I don't know if that makes them more likely to come loose. I would rather use salonpas instead of taking pills for pain. They work quicker and get the job done.
