Excellent Replacement
I bought this to replace the original strap on a Unilite Prosafe headtorch and it fits fine. I think it's better than the original to be honest. It comes with an optional top strap to go over your head but it doesn't need it, the headband is fine on its own (which isn't true of the original). It is made in China but don't let that put you off, this is a quality Chinese item, not cheap rubbish. I bought mine from the Chinese seller on Amazon and it came much quicker than the maximum delivery time, took about a week. Great purchase!

OK but not perfect
This product does a job at a pinch. Of course it's generic, that is, it is not purpose made and as such is significantly inferior to the princetontec apex headband I bought it to replace both in terms of fit and quality. The elasticated fabric is not as heavy duty and therefore it has a habit of popping out of the cross cut fittings but, as said, it does a job when princeton tec are not making it easy to get genuine replacements ( available in US no trouble ).

Good quality and does the job.
Purchased after reading good reviews and needing to replace the Thrunite headband which after 4years lost its elastic. Like the anti slip insert. Nice that you can attach the overhead strap if needed, which I have as my head torch is heavy so the extra support helps. Soft but strong elastic and feels like it will last a few years.

Compatible with Black Diamond ICON
Great replacement for original Black Diamond ICON head strap complete with top strap (Black Diamond only sell replacement head strap minus top strap).I did have to modify (chop and sand) one end clip on top strap to get it to fit snugly into recess at the top of ICON battery box.I am vey happy with result.
