I was reviewing the cost of prescriptions to change insurance. The price of Potassium Gluconate 650mg Caplets per prescription was $20 for 28 tablets. The exact same thing purchased here is, with tax, $7.13 for 100 tablets!!!!! Now there is a big difference. I'm glad I happened to check. If anything I think these absorb even better but hard to prove. However, there is no more muscle cramping, (which can also be dehydration btw) Medication that my husband takes also depletes potassium. Without a supplement, he has charlie horses. I think we all know how horrible those can be!! This works like a charm.

standard vitamins, nothing special

This seems to be helping my legs feel better. I also add some mag citrate to my water for additional support. The pills are fairly easy to swallow and have no taste to me.

Price and quality.

I have had no issues with this vitamin. They ARE a bit large and can be hard to swallow but seem to absorb well and do the job just as well as more expensive brands in store.

If you need a little bit of strength and support, this is the product.
