Im not kidding when I say this product helped me so much in my postpartum. I used it every time I was going to the bathroom and it made me feel so much better. I totally recommend it!

Got these to make padsicles (frozen pads with witch hazel and aloe vera) for recover from giving birth. This spray was great on those, but I also just used it to spray the underneath area when it was feeling particularly raw and this was soothing. Would definitely recommend. I would say that I'm not convinced about the upside down spraying capability from the bottles, it says it can on the side of the spray, but it had troubles just spraying sideways when making the pads and when I would use it upside down. Potentially it can when all the way full or not quite as empty. But that just seems like false/optimistic advertising rather than a product flaw.

Ok anyone who has birthed a child through their hoo ha knows what a mess your "underside" becomes. At the hospital they gave me all kinds of mesh diapers, menthol spray and a squirt bottle to help me get through. Nothing was working and I cried almost every time I had to pee because I was so scared of the pain that I knew was about to ensue. Then I went online and saw this product - I HAD to try it out with all the great reviews. When it finally came (i had to buy a 2 pack because all other products were completely sold out - and I needed it to be sent via Prime so I could get it on my bootie!!) and I tried it out I was SOOOO impressed!! It is cooling, comfortable, has witch hazel to help with the soreness and stinging, and it really honestly helped my entire bathroom/adult diaper routine. Everyone says they like the smell, and to be honest i do NOT like the smell, but it isn't bad enough for me to stop using this product. And to be clear, i am super sensitive to smells and get migraines, so something in there just isn't my fav scent. But whatever they put inside this gem is a lifesaver for your hoo-ha after delivery. I will definitely be buying these for my girlfriends who will be having babies in the future to pack in their hospital bags!!! Well worth the money and so happy with this product - thank you for saving my hoo-ha!!!!!

The only reason I'm taking away one star is because i wish they sold this product in much smaller quantities. In two weeks after giving birth I've used maybe half of one of the bottles and I've been using it during every bathroom visit, so now I have a ton left over that I can't imagine why I'd ever use it again (I'm done having babies). The pain relief wasn't too noticeable, it just feels cool when you spray it on your lady parts, but it's not like instant relief and doesn't have numbing capabilities, but still soothing. The smell is not bad but I don't love it either. I'm not crazy about the product but I definitely prefer it over witch hazel pads covered by my health insurance and the spray can offered to me by hospital staff, so it was worth the purchase. I recommend this product for sure, just don't expect to use all of it after one birth.

This is a must try for postpartum. I was miserable every time I had to use the bathroom, but this herbal spray helped me heal so much faster, and felt so soothing! It helped even more than the numbing sprays, and seemed to be better at healing rather than just covering the pain up. I would definitely recommend! It’s even great for other discomforts in that area!
