I have pale porcelain tiles over a large area, they are my pride and joy and I like them to gleam ( I appreciate I can be obsessive with them). I have possibly tried every mop and floor cleaner, none gave the good shiny result that I get from using a squeezed out chamois in hot water with a dash of dettol. But that involves getting on my hands and knees - the later of which do occasionally complain.I purchased this on the basis of the reviews (as I have many other mops and steam cleaners!) and have now had it about three months, so have given it a good thorough test.It IS the best floor cleaner I have owned, but so it should be as it is expensive.But it doesn't quite give the result I get from my chamois.It reaches the edges, but not the corners.I really dislike the water tank and other than spraying am not sure how you can easily empty it. I find a misting spray bottle with a little dettol in works best on my floor.I found the two different pads that came with the machine left detectable (I am very fussy) circular marks on the floor and didn't always move dried spills well or the dogs paw prints, so I purchased the optional scouring pads, these were far more efficient and cleared most of the marks effectively, but I could still sometimes see my floor had been cleaned in circles.I became inventive, got my sewing kit out, and sewed a chamois to fit a set of pads.The result was AMAZING, my floor looked perfect, but the drag of the chamois is a bit to much for the motor and it cut out frequently, so it wasn't the answer.So, I am back to my knees once a week and the scouring pads on my cleaner to hit the high footfall (and paw fall ) areas on a more regular basis.I will keep my fingers crossed that Aircraft can develop a pad that gives the same result as my chamois in the future.Cracked it!!! Giving thought to why the chamois pads that I made wouldn't work, I figured it was too much drag, so tried it with Method floor cleaner, which made the tiles much wetter than the spray and I have the PERFECT shine on my floor. Please aircraft, would you produce chamois pads as mine are a little 'rough and ready' - I'm ready to test drive them for you.

Purchased this product a couple of weeks ago. I have white high gloss tiles on the whole of the downstairs of my house comprising of six rooms a hallway and a downstairs toilet. I was sceptical when I purchased this machine even though all the reviews are great as I have tried many diffrent cleaning methods, all of which were very time consuming. This machine is amazing, it is quick and easy to use and my tiles are gleaming. I actually enjoy cleaning them now!!!! Worth every penny, I wouldn't be without it.

I am so impressed with the PowerGlide. I have a mixture of slate and wooden floors and usually spend an age pushing my steam mop around but with the PowerGlide I can do it in half the time and the floor can be walked on straight away as it dries so quick. I was shocked at how dirty the pads were, and how I actually enjoyed using it! I have a bad back and would usually put off cleaning the floor as I suffer afterwards but this takes such little effort that I won't have to avoid it anymore. It almost cleans the floor itself. I could not recommend this product more.

Since we moved into a new flat with wooden floors we have been using Bona with a microfibre floor applicator and the floor looks good. However you need to give it some elbow grease for the results. I had seen this Powerglide advertised at various places and thought about it but was put off by the price. Eventually I decided to order it and if it didn't make any difference to my floors I would send it back.The unit arrived the next day and assembling it was easy. I then poured the Bona into its reservoir tank, pressed the button and off I went. It's effortless unlike the floor applicator and the shine it creates is fabulous. So whilst I had to fork out £200 it's a pleasure to use and marvel at the results.

Excellent product, I’ve had numerous floor mops in the past but this one is superb. It’s very easy to use, light enough to carry up stairs. I find my Karndean floors look clean and shiny, I also use it on the bathroom tiled floor. I posted a pic of mine on social media and four of my friends have purchased one! Should have been on commission!

This machine is the best. For years I have been mopping my tiled and laminate floors and they have never looked good. I have even got down on my hands and knees to clean the floors in an attempt to improve the look but never succeeded. I used the Aircraft for the first time yesterday and am so pleased with the results. No smears and a brilliant finish. The machine is so easy to use. OK it is expensive but I love it.

Honestly I have never thought to write a review before this, but this product is worth me taking the time. Ive used steam mops for ages on our tiles, but this easily does as good a job, no waiting for it to heat up and cordless, so much easier. Well done.I would highy recommend

It is not very often that I have purchased a product that lives up to the info-mercialsI have a 6mx7m kitchen floor with cream porcelain tiles and I have used a mop for a couple of years and apart from getting on my knees for a long painstaking buff it has lost it's sheen.After using the Power Glide ....Pink pads with water spray first followed by dry blue pads .....my floor has it's luster back.I have also used it on my wood floors and the same result.Highly recommend this product. It is effortless and easy to use. I wash the pink pads out with a small amount of Arial liquid and they are ready to go the next time.
