Top notch processor
For those looking to create an new PC build around Intel, the i9-10850k is one of the best possible processors you can get.It is £90 cheaper than the i9-10900k and the main difference is that this has a low CPU Speed by 0.1Ghz. Another difference is that the TurboBoost with the 10850K reaches up to 5.2Ghz whilst the 10900K reaches up to 5.3Ghz.Very small differences when considering the cost saving. There is strong overclocking potential with this - as mentioned above, you could reach up to 5.2Ghz on all cores which isn't as complicated as you may think. Its performance is outstanding, even without overclocking it. It easily handles AAA gaming at 4K and is consistently one of the top performing processors.Even if not used for gaming, it still has a strong performance with intensive applications and processes such as rendering and simulations. One of the main downsides is that there is no support for PCIe Gen 4 - which is primarily an AMD thing currently.AMD processors also have a higher thread count, making them more appealing for work-stations and demanding applications outside of gaming.Overall, this processor is near equal to the 10900K but is noticeably cheaper. Even though 11th gen processors are due to be released this year, it creates better opportunities for PC builders to snap up this processor for cheaper. It's already gone down about £50 since I purchased and seems like it'll drop a bit more in the near future!I'd definitely recommend this processor to those looking to build themselves a new PC - handles all tasks smoothly and quickly whilst also being one of the worlds "fastest gaming CPU's".I hope this review has been informative and helpful! £100 Cheaper for a -0.1 Ghz Difference - Bargain!!
I wouldn't even notice a second or two and not miss the 0.1Ghz. Silicon lottery? No idea and won't take it apart to look at it under a microscope, but it works great.. not like I am going to cool it with liquid nitrogen and squeeze a few seconds of 3D rendering out by buying the i9-10900k. If you need the extra 0.1Ghz then look at the differences reviews and see if you really need that minute boost.Great affordable chip from the Intel-le-gents (and ladies) from Silicon Valley sand refinery.Fast and calm. Slots in easy, no pins to bend. Can now spend the £100 I saved on new RGB cooler for a great look to my rig.

Super powerful CPU
All the power of the 10900K but £100 cheaper, what a bargain! Upgraded my rig to 10th Gen spec and this is the perfect CPU. Super cool at idle and plenty of grunt when it's running hard. Best bang for buck at the top end of PC's.
