Received a Defective Product and can't get in touch with the seller
Did not receive the product in a working condition. The base of the extension device is not working from the day we unpacked it. Registered a complain to the seller - Juke Imports on Amazon and received an automated response from them saying someone will get in touch, but haven't heard from them since 2 weeks. Tried reaching the customer service # available on the package but could not get through to a live representative to register the complaint. Frustrating when you pay this price for a branded phone and receive a faulty product.

Excellent product - no warranty
The product is beyond any doubt performing reasonably well. Although I knew before purchasing that there was not mention of the warranty, however would have liked this product more had it been available with it.
