Good product and a good price.
The router plate replaced one on my Porter-Cable Model#1001 Router Fixed Base. All bolt holes lined up perfectly. The plate came bare and with no attaching bolts.

Good for Porter Cable router but not Black and Decker
It looks like an exact replacement for my Porter Cable 690 router. It is not a good replacement for my older Black and Decker 1/4" router. The screw holes line up, but the B&D has a centering ring in the casting: there is no mating feature on this base.
